01 — Consultation & Brief

Understanding how you'll actually live in the space

We start with a site visit and a conversation about how the space needs to work — routines, storage, family size, budget and timeline — before a single sketch is made.

  • Site measurement
  • Lifestyle brief
  • Budget range

02 — Concept & Moodboard

A direction for material, light and layout

We put together space plans, moodboards and reference material so you can see and feel the direction early — palette, texture and the overall spatial logic of the home or workspace.

  • Space planning
  • Moodboards
  • Material palette

03 — Design Development & Costing

Drawings and detailing that hold up on site

The approved concept is developed into detailed layouts, elevations, joinery drawings and finish schedules, alongside a working cost estimate so there are no surprises later.

  • Working drawings
  • Joinery details
  • Cost estimate
Process materials
04 — Material, Furniture & Vendor Selection

Sourcing the right hands for the right details

We shortlist and coordinate with contractors, carpenters, furniture makers and specialist vendors, and take you through material and finish samples before anything is ordered.

  • Vendor shortlisting
  • Sample approvals
  • Procurement
Process execution
05 — Execution & Site Styling

Regular site visits, right through to the last detail

Our team supervises execution on site — civil work, false ceilings, electrical, joinery and finishes — checking progress against drawings at every stage, not just at milestones.

  • Site supervision
  • Quality checks
  • Snag lists
Process handover
06 — Handover & Styling

The final layer — furniture, art and accessories

Once construction wraps up, we style the space — furniture placement, soft furnishings, art and lighting — and walk you through the finished interior before handover.

  • Furniture placement
  • Final styling
  • Handover walkthrough
